To build a cloth farm you will need to find a fresh source of water and build next to it, you can build it how big you want it keep in mind you will need at least 1 Water pump, 1 Large Planter Box, 1 Medium Battery, 1 Solar Panel, 1 Sprinkler, 1 Light, and you can use a switch to wire it all together. The tools you will need is a Wire tool and a Hose Tool. Harvest your hemp and take your cloth to bandit camp where you can sell it for scrap. 80 cloth = 10 scrap.

Horse farm is a very easy and fast way to start a scrap printer as all you need is a 1×2 to really make it work. Find a horse and take it back to your base craft a Hitch & Trough and put some food inside, after you have harvest some poop craft a composter and put the poop inside. After a little bit the horse poop will turn into fertilizer and you can make your way over to bandit camp to sell. Once you have sold your fertilizer you can buy some pickles which you can put back into the Trough and not waste useful food. 2 Fertilizer = 3 Scrap.

If you bring down some low-grade try to find a train and run it through the tunnels as you can go form station to station looting up and getting a lot of scrap.

Underwater labs

Underwater labs requires a submarine or diving equipment and gear to get inside. This can be low-risk if no one is around but most players are looking to come here to get the amount of scrap and components inside. Be sure to bring some fuses and Red and Blue card as you can obtain more loot if you have these. Beware of the dwellers that can be found inside bring meds and some sort of weapon.

Oil Rig and Large Oil Rig can be pretty difficult as its over run with scientists if you plan on doing this take your time bring a lot of meds and ammo for your guns as-well as all color keycards there can be a lot of loot found on here from military crates to elite military crates. Cargo is a limited time event where a ship circles the rust island and you have a chance to get up too 3 locked crates these crates have good loot but what your looking for is scrap and cargo has a lot of military crate spawns that give lots of scrap and components that can be later recycled into scrap. Cargo is overloaded with scientists and lots of players like to counter so be careful and bring meds and ammo as you will get into long fights.

Launch Site

Launch site can be extremely dangerous as on many servers all the big clans build around here and you need good radiation gear to even enter. Plus once you enter you have to be careful of Bradly which is the tank this thing will hurt and shoots a lot of rockets. If you bring keycards make sure you have meds as the big red card building gives you radiation no mater what you wear. At the top of this building there is 3 elite crates these crates have much higher spawn chances for rarer gear and a lot of scrap.
