“Body fluids taken from a Pal. Useful for its high viscosity,” reads Palworld’s description of Pal Fluids. It’s very clear that these fluids come from hunting Pals, making them one of the more important forms of crafting material.
If you’re looking for more information on Pal Fluids, this guide has everything you need. We’ll get into why you would want Pal Fluids, how to get Pal Fluids, what these fluids are for, and much more.
What Are Pal Fluids In Palworld
Pal Fluids are blue vials of liquid that make up the bodies of Pals — think of them as a Pal’s blood. Ew!
As gross as that may be, Pal Fluids are super useful in a variety of crafting recipes, including but not limited to various Saddles, Plantations, and even Medicines.
How To Use Pal Fluids In Palworld
When using Pal Fluids in Palworld, you need to consider several factors.
You can use these materials to make Medicine, create Weapons, or in crafting key items. Let’s break each path down, highlighting a few of the more important recipes.
Medicine
You can craft the following Medicines with Pal Fluids.
- Stamina Remedy
- Might Remedy
- Speed Remedy
- Burden Remedy
- Vital Remedy
Remedies are an essential Medicine, as they permanently increase your stats. Each Remedy focuses on a different stat, so it’s vital to focus on which ones you’d prefer.
For example, the Speed Remedy permanently increases your speed stat, while a Vital Remedy increases your health stat.
Each of these Medicine types requires Pal Fluids, which is why it’s necessary to hoard them if you’re looking to stock up on this item type.
- Recovery Meds
- Mind Control Meds
- Low Quality Recovery Meds
Meds are a Medicine class that focuses on healing the various Pal status effects. For example, the normal meds treat the Ulcer and Fracture status effects, while the High Quality Meds deal with the Weakened and Depressed status effects.
The Mind Control Meds are an ideal option, as they heal all negative status effects while restoring a Pal’s sanity. It’s the best of both worlds, though it’s a somewhat expensive med requiring 10 Refined Ingots, 10 Horns, five Bones, and three vials of Pal Fluids.
- Memory Wiping Medicine
- Strange Juice
- Suspicious Juice
Finally, we have the Juices. Juices give temporary boosts to Pal Sanity, work speeds, and more.
One example, the Strange Juice, needs five Beautiful Flowers, five Horns, two Bones, and two vials of Pal Fluids.
Weapons
Pal Fluids are only required for a few weapon types: the Decal Ink and Missile Ammo.
Decal Ink
Funnily enough, Decal Ink isn’t your typical weapon. Instead, it’s a gun that shoots Pal decals upon firing.
Unlock the Pal Decal using an Ancient Technology Point at Tech Tree level 44. Then, craft it using 30 Ingots, 10 Polymer, 15 Paldium Fragments, and three Ancient Civilization Parts.
Missile Ammo
You need Missiles to fire Missile-based weapons. Imagine that. Crafting these Missiles requires one Pal Metal Ingot, one Crude Oil, one Circuit Board, and one vial of Pal Fluids.
The main weapon you’ll use Missiles for is the Guided Missile Launcher, but other weapons also utilize them. You unlock Missiles at technology tree tier 55.
Crafting Recipes
Just as we did in the Medicine section, we’ll list all the crafting recipes Pal Fluids are part of, while highlighting a few of the standouts.
- Azurobe Saddle
- Jormuntide Saddle
- Surfent Saddle
- Suzaku Aqua Saddle
Saddles are the only way to ride Pals — a vital method of travel across land, water, and air. Pal Fluids are a part of that when it comes to Water-type Pals.
- Celaray’s Gloves
- Cement
Cement is a part of many different base-building structures. From the High-Quality Hot Spring to the Mounted Machine Gun, it’s used for pleasure and defense.
- Hot Spring
- Lettuce Plantation
- Tomato Plantation
Plantations are one of the few ways to grow food for you and your Pals. Pal Fluids are part of two Plantation recipes — the Tomato Plantation and the Lettuce Plantation. Make sure to have a few, as well as some Water-type Pals, to keep your food coming.
- Water Fountain
- Witch Cauldron
How To Get Pal Fluids Palworld
There are a few ways to get Pal Fluids in Palworld. Let’s break them down.
Buy Pal Fluids
You can buy Pal Fluids from a Wandering Merchant. Merchants charge 300 Gold per vial of Pal Fluid.
If you look on your Map, the earliest spot to find a Wandering Merchant is the Small Settlement at coordinates 73, -485.
Farm Pal Fluids
While buying Pal Fluids is a viable way to hoard them, you can also farm them with the Ranch structure.
You can unlock the Ranch at level five in the Technology Tree. Craft it with 50 Wood, 20 Stone, and 30 Fiber.
Once you’ve created the Ranch, you must assign the Kelpsea Pal to have it farm Pal Fluids. Returning to the Ranch after a period of time allows you to collect the Pal Fluids.
If you’re looking to catch some Kelpsea, the water near the Ravine Entrance at -66, -424 is a great place.
Otherwise, Water-type Pals drop Pal Fluids if you catch or defeat them with weapons. We’ll provide you a list of these Pals and show you a farming method.
Which Water-Type Pals Drop Pal Fluids
- Celeray
- Croajiro
- Fuack
- Gobfin
- Jormuntide
- Kelpsea
- Lyleen Noct
- Pengullet
- Suzaku Aqua
- Surfent
- Surfent Terra
- Teafant
While these Water Pals are all viable ways to find Pal Fluids, you can choose to farm a specific type.
