Web Hosting Tips & Resources From NameHero
We use a lot of internal tools here at NameHero to help diagnose issues in our support desk. One of the most common is looking at a website’s DNS records to see if anything is amiss. Most often this will explain websites not resolving, emails not being delivered, etc. Especially websites that are migrated over […]
From time-to-time our support team may need to request from your the IP address of your home computer or network that you’re using to connect to your website. This is specifically important when you have a firewall block. If you accidentally type in your email or cPanel password incorrect more than once, our firewall may […]
Great news! Yesterday, we made the announcement about our partnership with DropMySite that allows us the ability to offer our customers their services directly through cPanel. It’s not too often I recommend a product, but this is really cool! DropMySite Cloud Backups DropMySite allows you to purchase space in bulk, starting at 5GB, and then […]

We’re always very pleased to hear new customers have entrusted us with their web hosting and it’s not a responsibility we take lightly. We understand how critical web hosting is to any business, therefore we try […]
This month, I’ve been preparing a massive marketing campaign to bring in 2017 with a huge boom! January and February are historically very big months for the web hosting industry as a lot of small businesses like to start their New Year fresh with a reliable web host. I can’t tell you how many inquiries […]
If you’ve noticed, we have quite the new look around here :). For the last year, I’ve had many thoughts about different directions I wanted to take our blog. Those that have been following it since our launch nearly two years ago, understand the content we produce, and how we focus on useful, actionable information. Its […]
