How to Use Ark Console Commands

To activate console commands in Ark Survival Evolved, follow the following steps depending on platform:

  • PC: Press Tab to open the console.
  • Xbox: Press LB + RB + X + Y at the same time.
  • PlayStation: Press L1 + R1 + Square + Triangle at the same time.
  • In-Game Menu: You can also access the console from the pause menu in single-player mode or in game chat.

On servers, you need to use the admincheat prefix before each command unless you are already logged in as an admin.

Essential Ark Commands

Here are some of the most common and useful Ark commands that can enhance your gameplay.

God Mode and Infinite Stats

  • god – Enables god mode, making you invincible.
  • infinitestats – Refills health, stamina, and other stats.
  • fly – Activates fly mode, letting you move freely in the air.
  • walk – Disables fly mode and returns you to walking.

Spawning Items and Creatures

  • cheat gfi – Spawns specified items.
    • Example: cheat gfi wood 100 0 0 → Spawns 100 wood.
  • summon <creature_id> – Spawns a specified creature.
  • cheat summon <blueprint path> – Spawns a creature using its blueprint path.
  • cheat tamed <creature_id> – Spawns a tamed creature.

Combat and Spectator Mode

  • cheat hurtme <amount> – Deals damage to yourself.
  • cheat kill – Instantly kills the target creature.
  • cheat destroyall <entity> – Destroys all of a specified entity type.
  • cheat destroywilddinos – Removes all wild dino spawns.
  • cheat ghost – Enables no-clip mode, allowing you to pass through structures.
  • cheat slomo <multiplier> – Changes the game speed multiplier (1 = normal speed).
  • cheat settimeofday <HH:MM> – Changes the time of day.
  • cheat playersonly – Freezes all non-player creatures.

  • cheat banplayer <SteamID> – Bans a specified player.
  • cheat kickplayer <SteamID> – Kicks a specified player.
  • cheat whitelistplayer <SteamID> – Adds a player to the server’s whitelist.
  • cheat teleporttoplayer <PlayerName> – Teleports you to the specified player.
  • cheat teleport <X> <Y> <Z> – Teleports you to specific coordinates.
  • cheat tribeid <PlayerName> – Shows the specified tribe ID.
