Announcing The New NameHero Client Interface

I’m proud to announce we’ve officially launched our new client interface!

While Speed, Reliability, and Scalability for an affordable price were my primary driving factors into developing NameHero, I also wanted to make sure our client interface worked on all devices (including smartphones and tablets).

Back in 2014 I was extremely frustrated that the majority of the web hosts were stuck in the previous decade.

Back then, even HostGator, had the same website they had since the mid 2000s. It looked horrible on a mobile phone!

Personally, I like to register my domains during my “downtime.” This includes sitting on the couch, or even laying in bed in the evenings.

Therefore when we launched NameHero it was very important to me that everything formatted nicely on my iPhone.

Over the years, many web hosting companies have finally caught up, but I also feel it’s important to always be developing and improving.

Change can be challenging.

Once I get used to something I become comfortable and somewhat complacent.

Unfortunately in the online world, when you become complacent, you begin falling behind.

Here at NameHero we thrive on a culture that embraces change always striving for 10/10 customer service and satisfaction.

In order to continue forward with this goal, our new client interface has been developed based on feedback we’ve received as well as increased usability on portable devices.

We’ve also added a number of security enhancements to ensure your account is only accessed by the appropriate party.
