One of our main goals in developing Name Hero is to help make websites mobile friendly. Just being online in 2015 isn’t good enough. With the evolution of smart phones and tablets, more and more people are viewing the Internet through them and leaving computers by the wayside. If your property is online available in “Desktop-only” format, you are alienating a large portion of your audience.
One of my properties — started in 2003 — is now 75% mobile traffic. A business/website/blog that was created and developed as a “Desktop-only” traditional website, now serves the majority of its visitors on their smart phones. This isn’t changing either. It seems like every day traffic from computers is decreasing, while traffic from mobile devices and tablets is increasing.
If your website/blog has been online for any amount of time and you’ve been delaying your move to mobile, it’s time to act. Here at Name Hero, we’re putting a specific emphasis on making everything mobile so you don’t get left behind.
This forum will be dedicated to helping those already online get mobile and those looking to get online, get mobile right off the bat.
