Existing Customer Discounts

Just like all coupon codes at NameHero, they’re restricted to new customers/signups.

We of course don’t want our current customers to think they’re being neglected, therefore we also have very special discounts to help save on upcoming renewals (as well as future products/services).

We do this by “matching” deposited funds into your NameHero wallet. For example, if you’re a current customer you can login to your account and make a deposit, submit a ticket to our billing department letting them know you’re wanting to take advantage of our promotion and they’ll apply the extra funds.

Cyber Monday Funds Matching

• Any deposit $500 to $1,000 will be matched by 75% (for example, deposit $500, get $375 added, for a total deposit of = $875)
• Any deposit $200 to $499 will be matched by 50% (for example, deposit $250, get $125 added, for a total deposit of = $375)

These funds never expire and will be automatically applied to any future renewal invoice. They can also be used to purchase additional products and services including domains!

To take advantage of this promo you must have an active service:

1. Login to the NameHero Client Portal and Add Funds (using the above example above) on Monday, December 2nd until 11:55 p.m. CT
2. Submit a new Billing Ticket with your transaction confirmation.
3. Allow 24 hours for the promo to be applied to your account (we will confirm via the ticket).

• All sales are final – Due to the large discounts, products/services purchased during the sale do not qualify for our 30-day money back guarantee.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable – They never expire and can be applied to new products/services as well as renewals
• Cross-account transfers are not allowed – You may not register a new account and have your existing account moved over. These orders will be voided.
• One promo per customer
• Sale ends promptly at 11:55 p.m. Central Time no exceptions will be made
• All accounts automatically renew unless cancellation is specifically requested.
