With Halloween nearly in the books it’s time to start thinking about monetizing Thanksgiving. Regardless of your skill level there are plenty of opportunities to fill your bank accounts full this November. For those of you that normally look for the quick direct link campaign on pay per view or social traffic I challenge you this year to first capture your own lead and then send the visitor to the offer. Already I’ve scoured through a couple affiliate networks out there and have found numerous one and two page lead submits all with a Thanksgiving theme.
In years past I’ve easily setup campaigns on pay per click, pay per view, and social media sources direct linking these offers targeting terms simple as thanksgiving, turkey, pilgrims, gravy, etc. While some of these may sound a bit numerous people are actively searching for these terms during the month of November:
Now most of these offers are monetized on the back end with co-registration paths and offer walls. Grocery gift cards, sweepstakes, even free turkeys, there are a number of different ways you can spin it. If you’re an elite Internet Marketer (much like the guys over in our private Community) it only makes sense to create your own offer where you can also cross promote this data over the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. Capture data using services such as AWeber and then develop out your own custom path. If you’re running a bit behind at least capture the data and arbitrage out other offers through aggressive front and back end offer walls (a list of related CPA offers).
The traffic here is going to be cheap so you’re going to have a lot of leeway on how aggressive you get with your monetization. I’ve personally gotten clicks down to the $0.05 – $0.07 range spending a couple thousand a day! If you’re optin rate on your main landing page is 35 – 40% you’re going to build a pretty large list fairly cheap. Get really crafty with all the emerging mobile traffic sources and you’re destine for success. Creativity here is going to win. Get to building out your pages NOW and take advantage of the traffic before everyone else starts to gobble it up (no pun intended).
