Donald Trump is currently fighting for the domain name TrumpEstates.com.
The domain, which is wanted by The Trump Organization for a luxury housing complex in Dubai called Trump Estates, is currently owned by a domainer named Scott Stephens.
Stephens registered the domain in 2004 with the hope of selling it, the New York Post reported on Sunday.
Trump’s legal team sent him a cease-and-desist letter, ordering him to transfer the domain to The Trump Organization.
While Trump Estates is not trademarked, Trump Organization Executive Vice President Alan Garten told the New York Post the Trump name is trademarked and Stephens was in violation for “cyber squatting” on the domain name.
Stephens is willing to part with TrumpEstates.com on eBay… for $21 million.
