On average, we move around 5 - 10 customers a day from HostGator to NameHero. Recently, one of our Reseller customers asked if I'd film a video to show how, so they could help many of their own clients.
Since HostGator utilizes cPanel, it's a very easy and straight forward process. All you need is your username/password to your HostGator account and your NameHero account setup and active. Once you have all of this, you'll just need the restore server details which can easily be obtained by submitting a support ticket to our team.
Once you have all of this information you can move your website away in about ten minutes.
