We've had a lot of cold weather here in Kansas City but have been turning up the heat with our high-speed WordPress cloud web hosting!
While spring will be here before you know it, we're building momentum to get us through these next weeks of winter.
Last month we announced our all new cloud web hosting packages. By specifying exact resources along with estimated monthly visitors, we've seen a large increase in sign-ups and look to continue this trend.
Those that are working with us in our affiliate program have seen an increase in conversion rate as we've also worked on optimizing the checkout flow.

Helpful WordPress Videos
At the end of last year, I took a deep look at our involvement in the WordPress community.
I was happy to see that around 99% of our customers (including Resellers) use WordPress in some capacity.
Because of this, we've been increasing the amount of helpful WordPress videos on our official YouTube channel.
I feel that these are extremely helpful to both our hosting customers and Resellers as they give you the ability to solve most common issues in the matter of minutes.
If you have suggestions for future videos, feel free to pass them along!
How Our Automated Backups Work
In the month of January, I noticed an increase in support tickets requesting backups to be restored.
I want to remind everyone, we provide automated daily backups of each cPanel (including Resellers) hosted at NameHero as long as the account doesn't exceed 100,000 Inodes or 20GB in disk usage.
While these shouldn't be a substitute for your own internal backups, they can certainly help you in a situation when you need to recover data. You can learn more about these and how to effectively use them here.
WHMCS Support Policy
Unfortunately though, sometimes this confuses customers to think we can also fully support the software.
To be a bit more clear on this, we provide the WHMCS license key, but support for the software is still done directly with WHMCS. However, since your license is through us, you have to use a different support desk to ask your questions:
While we've tried to be as helpful as we can on our blog and YouTube channel, we cannot be expected to help you configure/troubleshoot issues within WHMCS directly, mainly because their files are encrypted.
You must remember, Name Hero is a web hosting company, not a software company. Our techs are not trained on WHMCS as it is a separate organization all together.
I completely understand their support isn't as responsive as ours, but they also have a very active Community that can help with many issues. They also have a very in-depth knowledgebase that will help answer a lot of your questions.
I certainly appreciate all of our resellers, but this must always be kept in-mind when submitting a ticket. The same is true with Enom and Cloudflare. Both are also third-party vendors that we provide access to as a courtesy, but unfortunately we don't have much more access on the backend than you do.
